Back acne

Im struggling with this ever since i have started my period at 12 yrs old and now im 22. They never went away no matter what i tried and im so insecure about them. Sometimes they would calm down but the scars from the previous ones are so visible. My mom also had them when she was my age and said that they only went away after she have birth to me.

Questions for sisters who are also struggling with this and who are married. How did you husband react to them? This is really bugging me to how will he react, im scared that he might say something bad😭
