Am I having an allergic reaction to zepbound?

So I’ve been on Zepbound for over a year and a half, no major side effects. Twice in the last 2 months I’ve had some sort of severe reaction to something. The last time I ended up in the hospital for a day and a half. The doctors there don’t seem to think it’s Zepbound related. I think it might be. So it started out with severe itching on my palms. Then I get very bad stomach cramps and diarrhea. As I’m usually on the toilet I break out in a terrible sweat and I become very very weak. If I can make it back to my bed (I didn’t last time without help) I have broken out head to toe in itchy hives. I had to call and ambulance and rushed to the ER where they did loads of test for everything they couldn’t find any cause. Could a poor diet cause those reactions. I did eat like crap the day before. I went to a birthday party and ate more pizza and wings than I’ve been used to. I usually eat healthy and don’t have any reactions like this. Anyone else have any reactions like this?
