Stent is making me crazy

I had laser blasting on Monday for an almost 2 cm (yes cm) UPJ stone and also a 3 mm one that had been stuck in my ureter for 2 years. He said I have to have this double j stent for 2 weeks and less than a week in I’m going nuts. The downward pressure makes me walk like I’m 8 1/2 months pregnant and hold my privates like they are going to fall out. Plus there’s the pinch of pain every time I have to go (which is often) only to get a thimble full. Also, I’ve got pelvic cramps and my lumbar spine is killing me (guessing that the spasms from my bladder are pushing on my degenerative disks making them flare up) 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’d love some suggestions to help the urgency and spasm pain. I am living on Advil already. I tried AZO last night but it made me feel weird. I swear my throat felt a little closed up after taking it and I felt some nausea and got really hot. Not a true allergic kind of response, but disconcerting. I slept it off and was ok this morning, but I’m hesitant to take it again.

Has anyone found another OTC that helps?
