CGO009 start up time

Hello,

I feel like my brand new CGO009 is taking too much time while starting. I turn on the display and i can't change the PAS level. It stays at 0. It takes between 1 and 2 minutes to be able to change the PAS level to 1,2 or 3. Since it’s my very first Tenways bike or even first electric bike in general, I don’t know if this is normal or not. I have the feeling it takes longer when the bike is stored in cold, but even on warmer days it takes at least 30-40 seconds before I can switch levels.

My bike dealer had similar complaints at the same period, so it can be a batch related issue. And Tenways said they can change the display within the warranty, but I want to be sure first.
