Got Sick, can't process waiting orders. What do you do?

So I have a few orders waiting. I sell small priced custom 3D printed items. I got sick on a Friday and (count my blessings for any order) still had a few orders come in over the weekend. I also had a couple from prior that were processing.

Now I'm late in shipping one order, have a mixed up order severely delayed (already planning on offering that person a partial refund), but can just barely stare at my phone long enough to craft this post.

Does Etsy have some kind of "store announcement" feature to send a message to all waiting orders? Just a one shot, "hey, sorry your order's delayed, I'm ill but will handle your order as soon as I am well to". Or similar?
