Question for HLR Conference

So after my tdiu was denied my vso put in the hlr paperwork in herself. 2 weeks later I get a text message saying I have the conference on the 6th. The 6th comes and I don’t receive any calls or nothing as it said it would in the texts. So I called the hotline and they said they spoke with my vso would that be true and should I call her to double check?
