Anyone else forced to replace antenna with telematics module issue

My dealer said they needed to replace the antenna before they could replace the telematics module according to their service bulletin. That took 6 weeks, or at least that was how long I waited to call them and ask how much longer it was going to take for the part so they could go onto the next step in their process, only to be told that the part was in and they could schedule the install. I have no idea how long it was actually sitting there on the shelf, could have been a week and they just neglected to call me to let me know it was in and to schedule the installation. They are in the middle of replacing the antenna, and it is going to take them 5 days to replace just the antenna. Hopefully after they replace the antenna and still have the issue, they will order the telematics module. Thinking of moving it to a different dealer to have the replacement of the telematics module, but I think now that I am in the middle of it all, probably not an option. This dealer is not Good, even though that is literally the name of the dealership.
