Bannerlord Slowmotion Problem

I’ve been experiencing an issue for about a week. Despite having over 500 hours in Bannerlord, I’ve never encountered this before.

It doesn’t matter if I’m in battlefields, arenas, or cities — my character suddenly starts moving extremely slowly.

• Horse riding and arrow speed remain normal.
• Other NPCs usually don’t have the problem, but sometimes they also slow down.
• The game slows down during mechanics like walking, swinging swords, or shooting arrows.

If I start a new game, it works fine at first, but after a while, the issue comes back.

Important: This issue occurs even when all mods are disabled. My FPS, CPU, and GPU all appear normal while this happens

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any permanent solution?
