Where do all you SFBWT with kids live?

Not necessarily neighborhoods, but what is your housing set up like? Currently renting a 1 bed, knowing we'll need to upgrade for more space and trying to decide what the best path forward is (I'm not looking for financial guidance, we know what we can afford).

For those of you in apartments, do you feel like that gives you enough space? Do you have a dishwasher, parking, laundry in unit w/d? It feels like finding that trifecta here in SF is almost non-existent. What amenities are a must have with kiddos?
