Best $1000 knife?

I'm sure this has been posted lots before, but I'm interested in the community's opinion of the best high-end production knife available. I'm taking my first leap out of the mid-tech range and will be purchasing my first premium folder soon.

I am currently deciding between: Rosie XL Hawk Talon Arno Benard Turaco Shiro Herman Strider

Also looked at Machinewise, and I can appreciate the fit and finish, and would love to feel the flat detent, the design just doesn't do it for me.
