QR ticket but one leg on Oneworld carrier

I have an upcoming reservation in business booked with Qatar, but Tokyo-Doha leg operated by JAL and Doha-London operated by Qatar.

Please can anyone in a similar situation advise on how they’ve handled it for you? In an ideal world, Qatar would rebook me on a direct JAL Tokyo-London flight but I haven‘t heard from anyone else in a similar situation.
