PWLC Bridge Route 705 Aldie

This is a one lane bridge. Sign says one car at a time but reviews say multiple cars should go in 3-4 at a time.

I try to avoid this road but when there’s traffic it’s faster but I always end up having a car especially on the southbound side not stopping.

What’s the proper etiquette here? I stayed away from this road for 6 months but the day I drove here again, someone didn’t yield and almost hit the car ahead of me going northbound.
