why am I having so much trouble uploading videos to sc?!

not sure what I’m doing wrong, hoping someone can help. I have a hell of a time uploading content to sc - it doesn’t work on desktop at all (tried 3 browsers), only on mobile. but when I try to upload a clip I recorded in OBS, even after dropping it to my phone and trying to upload from there, it won’t move past “uploading - 99%” despite meeting all the technical criteria. does anyone know what I’m doing wrong? file size, type, and codec all match what I read in the help article and what support told me when I reached out to them.
