Why are people allowed to steal?

I'm so tired of waiting literal hours to save up my orbs just to have them stolen. You can't acquire many orbs in a private server as I can't keep the tree full nor do I have enough time potions for time surge. I just want enough for a second plot so my stuff doesn't get stolen but I can't save up enough because people are assholes and steal everything.
