Alignment help

I have a tecnics sl 1710, and will soon buy a Vm745xml cart. I want to do a proper alignment for it and im thinking that maybe i could just download and print a correct protractor. Im getting confused on the websites that i looked at where you can generate them, i just dont understand it all. Any tips/help anyone could give me on what type of protractor i could use and download?
