My Heph curses enemies but doesn’t have the cursed affix, what am I missing?

I bound a Holy Shock heph (hell). Doesn’t have Cursed affix at all. But definitely procs amp damage with hits and Holy Shock. Happy about it, but very confused. Anyone know what might be up? I’m sure it’s something obvious and I’m being dumb about it.
