Importing JPEG but keeps coming up black / not visible

I have to animate over an image for this contract and I’ve been giving this JPEG file that does not show up no matter how I import it.

I have tried importing it as the following:

-create composition checked, importerJPEG sequence unchecked

-ImporterJPEG sequence checked, create composition unchecked

-Both checked

-Both unchecked

-Drag and dropped

-Removed all numbers from the file name and retried all these ways of importing it.

When I zoom in for all them it’s the same. The image isn’t tiny, the image doesn’t show up for a millisecond, it’s just black and empty with a 30 second timeline. I have tried creating a new composition for each of these methods. Deadline is tomorrow too.
