Need advice- moving out post breakup (6.5yrs)

Our lease ends April 1st. I F26 ended the relationship February 21st so I figured we will rock out the rest of the lease with no issue.

The only thing I’m struggling with is that I was planning on moving cities End of July for grad school. In the meantime, I have a place to live close to where I work until I need to move which is with my grandparents.

They’re fully furnished at the house so I can’t bring my furniture along. With this weird limbo period between April and End of July I have no idea what to do with my belongings??

I’m thinking hire movers > send stuff to a storage unit> have storage unit contents combined with my limbo belongings > U-Haul to city (1.5 hrs away) > movers carry my stuff in ??

The only issue is: I don’t have any male support for the heavy lifting & I’m petrified of driving!!! I relied solely on my partner for anything over an expressway/interstate. Ex says he will help but I don’t wanna resort to that and god forbid his mind chances. Will it be insanely expensive to have movers drive my stuff over when the time comes?? Also, my car I love it but I’m from the city I’m moving to and I don’t need or have any interest in driving there haha (Philly). I fully own it & I don’t wanna sell the car but am aware it’s not safe to just leave it unattended & insurance on a minimally used vehicle might not be worth it.
