Ok so how can I install forge/neoforge mods in a fabric modpack?

Been trying to figure this out for at least half an hour. Installed a mod on Curseforge, this mod is a fabric mod. I've found forge/neoforge based mods that I would love to add to the modpack, I don't know how. Can anyone help? It's really irritating me, and not a thing I've found on google has helped.
