Looking for the best rentals in Tarrytown (or close by) for my parents

My parents have a 1900 a month budget to find a new rental. I’ve also been considering helping them find them a coop, but I was curious to know if anyone would be willing to recommend some buildings in the area for rentals?

They both still work part-time, so that’s why they hope to be as close to tarrytown as possible.
