How to switch sd cards

i have a modded 3ds and it has 64gb on it and I'm trying to switch it from 64gb (the one used for the modding process to 128gb and I'm not sure if there is a certain way to do this mainly because when i do the luma menu screen pops up it says configuration idk what to do on this screen if to do the same steps that i did to mod it or something different since its and new sd card
