if i want my old account back but i already submitted one ticket what should i do

they marked my ticket as solved, i got banned for a bunch of child safety and self endangerment strikes, like 6 strikes wow, i had my account marked and verified as a teen, can i get unbanned with this information (i am willing to send proof of being 14 like passport, the account is just too valuable for me)
