HoCo gardeners plant swap April 25

Our plant swap will be april 25th, 10am to noon, at 3604 Chatham rd, Ellicott city md, 21042.

Spring is upon us, and it's time for the Howard County Gardeners group spring seedling (and seed) swap! We're super thankful that First Lutheran has once again graciously agreed to host the swap. This event is usually for started annual plants including vegetables. Divided perennials need to be washed and in clean dirt. Many bare root plants do not get taken and we have to compost. We will not have a holds table. Please arrange to share specific plants with another group member at another time. Unfortunately due to no shows, we have had to figure out what to do with a lot of holds. You do not need to bring items to share but you will be limited to 3-5 items if you do not bring plants. We will once again be trying to do some crowd control to ensure everyone has an opportunity to go home with plants, so please be patient as we work to make sure the event is welcoming for all and everyone gets some great starts for their gardens.
