Does Toyota dealer accept inspection from an independent mechanic shop for a used vehicle?

I am buying a Toyota Highlander 2020 XLE AWD from a Toyota dealer. They told me they are going to do a PPI on the vehicule before I leave with the keys. Currently waiting for the credit check to see the interest rates. Since it’s my first purchase and I’m anxious about everything lol, I would like it to make it inspect with a local mechanic shop that I trust. Do you guys think they will be Ok with that? Did any of you guys went through that route? I am very sceptic about purchasing their 3year/60000km for 3699$ CAD since i am buying a Toyota brand which is supposed not to break. Any thoughts and adopt would be helpful. Cheers
