Should I got to urgent care?

I’m female,19, 5,3 and about 100-110lbs, I had my tonsillectomy Monday and ran out of pain pills (ketorolac) yesterday. Tylenol isn’t helping and I woke up crying twice last night unable to sleep. I might be dehydrated which is concerning since I breastfeed. I can barely swallow anything. Should I wait it out or seek help? I’m generally healthy other than the tonsil issues prior to surgery.
