Parking Pass renewal issues

Anyone running into issues trying to acquire parking passes for the upcoming year?

When going through the process to try and associate my 2 cars to the 2 permits, I run into a "The license already exists in our system. Please review and try again." WTF does that actually mean? Yeah duh the license already exists in the system, im trying to renew my parking passes!

Baltimore take my stupid money and give me my stupid parking passes! Why is this so infuriating
