Looking to hear real experiences with tapering or maintenance after Zepbound
Hi everyone - I hope it’s okay to ask this here. I’ve been reading this community for a while and have learned a lot from the discussions about Zepbound tapering and maintenance.
I’m working on a digital health project focused on the period after GLP-1 medications, especially tapering and maintenance, and I’m trying to better understand what this phase actually feels like in everyday life.
There’s already a lot of helpful advice here about the mechanics (dose spacing, protein, routines, etc.). What I’m especially curious about is the experience side of things, like:
- how hunger changes when doses are reduced
- whether eating feels different compared to being on a full dose
- how people deal with the emotional side of food when the medication support fades
Before building anything, I want to learn directly from people who have actually gone through this phase.
If you’ve tapered, stopped, or are currently in maintenance, I’d really appreciate a short 15-minute conversation to hear about your experience. Nothing formal, I’m mostly just listening and learning. I’m also happy to share a summary of what I learn across conversations if that’s useful.
If you’d be open to chatting, feel free to comment or DM me. Even a few sentences about your experience in the comments would already be really helpful.
Thanks so much 🙏
