Want to get a sleeve

I am a below average man (4.5”). I would like to get a high quality custom sleeve to use on my wife to amplify our love life. We have a very healthy and pleasurable sex life but I’d like to be able to give her a little bit more. I’d like something to extend me a few inches but I want to get something that 1)looks and feels as lifelike as possible and 2) something that will allow me to feel as much of the act as possible. What are some good sleeves to look at?
