GTA Xbox series s crashes upon start. Help

So I was playing gta and my character turned into a black square then the game crashed. Now every time I open the game it just crashes instantly. I tried factory resetting my console deleting and redownloading the game and I’ve deleted all my save files but nothing has worked. HELP?!?!??
