Have weapon delay/duration/pause been removed?

I have a jet with six smart cannons set to rotate fire so they fire continuously, but I checked the settings today and while the cannons still work as intended, the settings are gone? If so, to replicate this it would take 6 logic gates which isn’t too heavy but very bulky.
