SF guys: Castro vs SOMA for a short stay?

Visiting SF for a few days and booking my own place while seeing a friend. Not really into bars/clubs, but my horny ass still wants to maximize the number of dicks in the area. 😅

Debating between Castro and SOMA. Which neighborhood would you recommend for a short stay? Open to other suggestions too.
