HELP TIME ISNT PROGRESSING...

So I booted up pokopia today and time hadn't progressed since yesterday.
I had 4 buildings being constructed when I closed the game last night, a pokemon center in area 3, 2 houses in area 1 and a fountain in area 2.
Nothing was done even tho it was about 15 hours later.

One of the houses was just a leaf hut the small one. Today while playing I kept going back to check progress and time till it was done kept changing and idk why or whats going on or how to fix it.

Has anyone else encountered this?
