How much is too much at the beginning?
Hello! First-time poster, English is not my first language btw!
So I'm a 27-year-old woman, I'm 5'3 and about 200 lbs. I started a health journey 3 weeks ago and can already notice some benefits: clothing is less tight, I have more stamina when I walk (used to be a big issue) and my legs don't get tired as quickly. I'm currently doing some moderate cardio training for 30 mins 4-5 times a week. After 2 years of no exercise at all and snacking on whole bags of chips almost everyday, I also completely cut processed foods and my snacks are limited to fruits only. I think that's mainly why I already ''feel'' results.
My question is in the title: how much is too much? Some people said that if I continue this rythm I will burn myself out. I want to build habits, I have a lot of exces weight to lose first and I think that's why I'm a bit too ''over-motivated''. I can feel myself getting a bit obsessed with what I eat, wondering if it's too carby or too much.
Thanks for the help!
