How much food for my colony?

Hi. I have a small colony of powder orange and dairy cows. They are thriving right now and I feed them once a week. I give them fish flakes, dried shrimps, a blob of repashy morning wood and a slice of cucumber. When I come back a week after, everything is gone. Colony is around 150 pods I'd say. Should I give them more food? They also have plenty of leaf litter and rotting wood.
