PSA if you need to talk to customer service

Press 1 to receive a call back. After waiting for about 30 minutes on hold due to the “long wait times” I should expect, I called back and chose to get a call back “when it was my turn in the queue”. Well the call back came within a minute of hanging up. A real live person.
