Jump back in now or after S5?

I loved this game but haven’t played in a couple of years since the timberwolves were added. I know from this sub that there’s been cougars, cooking, and shelter modifications added since I’ve last played. I also know Ep 5 is coming out next month. Should I wait til then for any other major changes or jump back in now?
