Best way to stop moves/rewrites during Snapraid sync/scrubs to prevent errors?

I have the daily snapraid-runner going, but often, my different sonarr, radarr, bazarr, etc. might be moving or renaming data etc. during this period.

I'd like to be able to set a time where my different sonarr, radarr, bazarr, etc. can still download new data, but not rewrite or move etc. existing data.

Not sure what the best way to achieve this is?
