Building a Wearable Safety Platform — Launching Pre-Seed Q2

I’m one of the founders of Safewave, a wearable alert system that ensures important notifications are felt instantly on your wrist, even when phones are silent or environments are loud.

Missed alerts are a real problem in healthcare, warehouses, and everyday life. Phones rely on sound or vibration that often goes unnoticed.

Safewave solves this by turning important alerts into strong, customizable haptic notifications you physically feel.

We’ve spent the last several years building the hardware, firmware, and software platform from the ground up.

Current traction:

• Users in 16 countries

• Users across 43 U.S. states

• Product is live and shipping globally

• Early enterprise interest from industries where missed alerts matter

We’ve been building Safewave as a bootstrapped team of four founders, taking the product from idea → prototype → manufacturing → global customers.

What we’re raising for:

Our next milestone is expanding beyond bootstrap mode so we can:

• Grow the team

• Increase production

• Attend trade shows and industry events

• Accelerate enterprise partnerships

If you invest in wearables, safety tech, IoT, or assistive technology, I’d love to connect.

Happy to share more details about the product, traction, and roadmap.
