My nozzle is stick

My nozzle clamp recently got bent, and so my nozzle got stuck inside; however, my dad got it out. Then I put my 0.2mm nozzle in and then the 0.2mm nozzle got stuck inside. Prints perfectly, however, it's SO LONG. Any ideas on how to get the nozzle out? It's really stuck.
