Finding teammates: Is it just me, or is the process actually broken?

Seriously, how are you guys finding people to play with lately? I feel like I’m spending more time scrolling through LFG posts than actually playing the game.

I’m curious about two things:

1. What’s your go-to method? Are you still brave enough for solo queue/random matchmaking, or have you fully moved over to Discord or specific LFG apps?
2. What’s the most "broken" part of it for you? For me, it’s the sheer amount of time it takes to find a group that actually sticks together for more than one match. Either the skill gap is massive, or the "chill" vibes disappear the second someone loses a round.

Is there a better way to do this, or are we all just stuck in this cycle of trial and error? Let’s hear the horror stories (or the wins, if you actually found a consistent squad).
