P411 and Ter

How trustworthy do you think the p411 okays are? I’m interested in a companion with 16 okays on p411 but the only 5 reviews on Ter. All the reviews are good and reviewers have according to TER reviewed many companions. Am I being too skeptical? Or do you think you would trust that to move forward with an appointment?
