Question about collection account

Basically I had this credit card freshman year of college (2018). Life happened I made a small payment in 2020 now I’m thinking about just paying the $610 lump sum.

My question is will this drop from my credit report at the7 year 180 days mark from my last payment in 2020? Should I just wait it out? Or is this pointless and should I just go and pay it?
