Being told by doctors its likely health anxiety.
Female 30 61kg 5ft5
Im currently in a terrible health fight and the doctor says its likelu health anxiety even though im dealing with real life symptoms that are dramatically affecting my quality of life.
Symptoms When i have what i call a funny turn I get heart palpatations, nausea, go extremely cold with chills, chest and back pain (1st time warranted an A&E visit- suspected blood clot and positive D-dimer however all clear on CT and Xray)
- Extreme weightloss since November 2025- now lost 1.75 stone and still dropping
- extreme fatigue
- severe middle back pain, which is ramped up when i eat anything
- terrible nausea (currently controlled by prochlorperazine)
- Dizzyness
- Vertigo
- Blackouts
- early satiety and no appetite
- freezing cold constantly including purple hands and feet
- easy bruising
- left flank pain- which can travel down tje leg and to the ovary type area
- pain whenever I eat
Bloods- 'normal' But to note: B12 dropped by 300 Iron- low but not low enough within brackets Haemocrit- below low reference limit Immunoglobin M- above high reference limit for 6+ months Reticulin R1 Autobody Anti Titre- Positive Borderline Plasma Viscosity CRP- Borderline Blood Found in both stool and urine- failed a FIT test hence colonoscopy on 2ww which was clear
Colonoscopy- clear Abdominal ultrasound for suspected gallstones- clear Gastroenterology- 17 week wait Neurology- booked end of april Clear of all STIs
How do i get someone to listen? What do i do? How bad is bad enough for A&E.
