Cleaning out

Probably a dumb question, but for you that’re having regular sex, do you clean out each time or prefer that your bottom always be cleaned out? Me as a bottom, my sex used to be pretty irregular. But now it’s starting to become more often as I’ve found a regular top. For me not cleaning out seems a lil on the eww side, but it’s also annoying to regularly do it. Any tips or ideas would be helpful.
