I'm concerned about the backrooms movie(video unrelated)

Discussion/Theory

So the official teaser was revealed a couple days ago and immediately I noticed how the main character said to his therapist "I found a place[...] It just goes on and on" so it probably means he explored it a bit and came back to our reality, Wich has never been shown in kane's series. Also some months ago there was a picture of the movie set and there were cars with the license plate expiring in 1990/1991, Wich means that the story will take place in that time if not before. Now if the story is gonna talk about a guy who goes into the backrooms and finds a bacteria who wants to kill him, that's gonna be lame. See alot of people though the movie is gonna be from Async's POV, Wich would be great, but it's not like that. Instead it's a normal dude's pov. If the movie doesn't explain what happened to async after "Static dead end" then that would be bad (in my opinion) because people want to know what happened to Tench, is he alive or not? Is the housing project gonna end up successful or not? if the movie doesn't answer those questions then I hope at least the series continues on YouTube. Kane's representation of the backrooms was unique, it took a creepypasta and made a (basically) new one, explaining why the complex was created ,introduction of async, null zones, the monster being just a mutated hay bacillus bacteria, the whole found footage style, and the events taking place in the 90s. If the movie takes all that away and just makes it like those soulless "backrooms found footage part #420" it would be boring.
