Ingested some shayd facial cream

Age - 36 Ethnicity - Indian Weight -64kg

I bought some shady cheap facial kit from online and gave to salon lady to apply. She managed to slip the finger in my mouth, I did spit out the cream but since I had it all over my face. I didn't rinse mouth with water. So I ingest some small amount of it. Cream has titanium oxide and lot of other chemicals. Its been 6 hours of facial but my cheeks are still burning. I am worried about ingested cream. I am from India and I don't think the product is very well regulated either. What should I do? I am coughing today, which I never do and have nausea more then I generally do.
