Antique ring resizing recommendation?

Hi! I’m inheriting an antique engagement ring but need to get it resized (sized up). I want to make sure I’m taking it to a jeweler who is experienced with working with antiques, and also is trustworthy. I’m also particularly cautious because the main jewel is an emerald which I’ve heard are delicate stones to work with. Any recommendations on jewelers you like and trust would be much appreciated!!
