Late Spawns Getting Worse?

I’ve been experiencing this and hearing other raiders say the same thing. Has the player count gone down? I won’t even do cold snap or night raids anymore because that’s a guarantee 10 min late. I have cross play on which when turned off was way worse. Just wondering if anyone else experiencing this coincidence.
