NPC: The Knight

He appears at the bone bottom after act 3, and saving Hornet and lace in his void form. Basicall, he’s here because he wants to explore the kingdom. Hes just an adventurous guy. Affer he goes to all the locations, you can find him at Bellhart or the flea caravan, and have dialogue with him.

You can optionally duel him, where he will be an extremely tough Shakra/Second sentinel type boss, along with Spells and void abilities. He is extremely hard, although if you do beat him… he kinda reveals he was holding back and wanted you to win. Although he rewards you with a painting he found of Herrah in Deepnest that you can hang up in your Bellhart home, so theres that.

He also will appear noticeably more grown up, at a sorta ‘teenage vessel stage’, and will appear the same height as, or very slightly taller then Hornet.

In Further dialogue, he also states that apparently pure vessel and lost kin are still alive. (He just calls them ‘Hollow’ and ‘Lost’), and life with him in his Dirtmouth home. And that apparently they revived lost kin using life blood.

Also, If you go to sleep at your Bellhart home where Hes there, theres a secret chance he’ll dream nail to curiously see what your thinking. Which ends up in something like this:

The knight, drops in…

Only for widow, one of the weavers binded, and a presence inside hornets shell, lunged at him.

“INTRUDER!”

She screech’s. Although she just easily gets kicked anyway.

Then first sinner crawls up, confused, then looking at knight

“… your hornets sibling.”

Hornet herself then walks up. And speaks with an annoyed tone.

“Sibling. Why are you here, in my mind? Such intrusions can be considered extremely rude.”

“My apologies, sister. I was just… curious. But… why are all these bugs in your head?”

“Oh… these are weavers I binded into my shell, to learn their skills.”

“I see.”

When you wake up, Hes gone. Although left an apology letter for dream nailing Hornet.
