Easter week?

Hi all. Im thinking of doing the camino for 6/7 nights on Easter week from Ireland.

Looking online it looks like the sarria to santiago route is most manageable for a short camino. Will it be very busy that week? Ive looked at accomodation and there are rooms around 70 euros.

Would I need much spending money also?
